Since opening our doors to the Portsmouth, NH community in 2015, The Franklin has been crafting a steadily changing, progressive menu using local sustainable ingredients from across the seacoast. Like our sister restaurant Moxy, we are dedicated to providing an experience unlike any other. From house-made charcuterie, to our globally influenced Tapas style food, right down to each handcrafted cocktail-we yield a diverse offering of nourishment and spirits.
